By registering to Náboj, the students, their teachers or their parents agree with the rules of the competition and are required to follow them.
The competitors authorize Charles University (Univerzita Karlova), Ovocný trh 560/5, 116 36 Praha 1, Czech Republic, ID 00216208 (referred to as CU from now on), to process their personal data, necessary for their participation in Náboj competition, and to keep them for the period of 10 years from the moment of registration. They also agree to publish their name, surname, study year and the total number of points obtained within respective teams and schools in dedicated result lists. This agreement includes also the long-term storing of archive data (included the published result lists) for periods longer than the former quota.
Faculty of Mathematics and Physics CU (Matematicko-fyzikální fakulta UK), Ke Karlovu 3, 121 16 Praha 2, Czech Republic (referred to as FMP CU from now on) uses the above personal data to maintain competitor lists, to ensure adequate communication between the organizers, to analyze the efficiency of its reachout activities and to publicly report on the competition.
The above personal data will not be forwarded to third parties with the exception of the organizing institutions in the country where the competitors compete. The personal data will also not be used for other purposes than listed above.
The competitors also agree to publish photographic and video materials containing their appearance and they also agree to use this material for reporting on Náboj competition. FMP CU will manipulate with such materials in agreement with Act no. 89/2012 Coll. of the Czech Republic.
Note that it is possible to retract this agreement anytime, by sending an e-mail to naboj org alt64 gdpr. Furthermore, it is possible to request the removal of archive materials, if it is technically possible.
The competitors have right to:
- ask which personal information are processed,
- request to update these information, provided that they become obsolete,
- request not to process their personal data until other requests of the competitor are processed,
- request to forward their personal data to a third party,
- file in a complaint to relevant authorities.
